difference between latest end and request end..

I've never said you can't escalate on request end - you can escalate on both. Once again, any functionality you can apply in Request End can also be applied on Latest End. Having both of them is just two deadline points to be used - you can use none, one or both. The scenario I mentioned earlier is just an example when both are used.

shai..Then you are telling that Using request end we cannot escalate to the
superior manager( say,if the deadline cross)..does its only used to remind
the agent that he is late..?..and the Latest end can be used to escalated to
the superior agent..
