<DIV>I've never said you can't escalate on request end - you can escalate on both. Once again, any functionality you can apply in Request End can also be applied on Latest End. Having both of them is just two deadline points to be used - you can use none, one or both. The scenario I mentioned earlier is just an example when both are used.</DIV>
