Workflow messages in SAP Inbox but cannot be read via SWI5

Hi Hari,

I suspect the 200,000+ work items in the users inbox are also in all other users inboxes? E.g. Agent Assignment = All users. Is this the case or are these assigned directly to this user alone?

When you look in SWI5 can you see any work items? Get the user to create a test work item (SWU3 -> Verification workflow) and see if this shows up in SWI5. Does it?

One of the user reported that he has around 200+ workflow messages in his SAP Inbox. He also sent a screen shot confirming this.
When I run SWI5 against this user - I do not find any! What might have gone wrong!
