Workflow messages in SAP Inbox but can not be read via SWI5

Make sure you checking the right system ? ECC, SRM, etc

Team!

 

One of the user reported that he has around 200+ workflow messages in his SAP Inbox. He also sent a screen shot confirming this.

When I run SWI5 against this user – I do not find any! What might have gone wrong!
