Shopping Cart Workitem Forward

Hi All,

I am new to SRM module.Currently we are working on SRM 7.0 Upgradation
project.
We are facing the below issue,
When we forwarded the shopping cart workitem to another agent.we are not
able to get the WI in that agent's inbox.We are using the following Function
module in these order
SAP_WAPI_WORKITEMS_TO_OBJECT
• SWP_WF_DEFINITION_KEY_GET
• SWD_EXETYP_DEFINITION_RUNTIME
• SWD_GET_WORKFLOW_DEFINITION
• BBP_PDH_WFL_SC_AGENTS_MAP
• BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVAL_SIMULATE
• BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVER_INSERT
• BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVAL_SIMULATE
• BBP_PDH_WFL_PARAM_APPLET_FILL2

Kindly provide any inputs.
