Hi Shai,

i think explicit subscriptions are by design. tracking multiple tasks in
the log and SWN_NOTIF table are "painful" enough not to have any negative
exclusions on top of them. somehow, old notifications tend to reappear
whenever schedules are changed or subscriptions have their statuses
changed. ultimately, you are controlling email traffic coming out of SAP
server, so keeping things as simple as possible will help you
troubleshoot.
