Hi VJ,

 

Is it possible for you to use Substitute Profiles to restrict which
workflow tasks can be approved by substitutes?  We have done this for
Travel Expense approvals by configuring a substitute profile and linking
it to the workflow task.

	Use the  BADI 'WF_BWP_SELECT_FILTER' using this Badi we can

	We have PO approval workflows which are approved via pre-defined
set of people. When the user activates his or her substitute in the
portal; the system automatically sends the PO to substituted user who is
not supposed to approve the PO. The substitute users can take action on
