Chakri,
A "communication user"?!  You can't use that for dialog - that's for RFC communication only.
Try using a dialog user - and check the user type in QA.

Hello All-

We have just implemented MSS and we are using standard transfer PCR. This PCR is working properly in QA but not working in Production. I am getting the attached error. Also there is no dump created in the backend to debug the issue. The user is created as a Communication user and all other PCRs are working properly in production.

The initiating manager can trigger the PCR and once the PCR is triggered a work item is sent to the recieving manager to approve/accept the transfer. At this point when the approving manager access the workitem from UWL by double clicking the workitem, its giving the attached error.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
