[LIKELY JUNK]Transfer PCR Work flow issue.

Jocelyn-

The user type in QA is also Communication. We have a lot of turnover and all
our field Employees use this MSS application so we can not use Dialog. I
even tried all other options in production including Dialog. When I use
Dialog then instead of the Iview showing up in the portal I see the SAP GUI
screen (SAP Easy access Menu) for the user that I logged in.

In QA we setup all the users for MSS as Commnication and they are working
fine for the same application.
