<DIV>We have just implemented MSS and we are using standard transfer PCR. This
PCR is working properly in QA but not working in Production. I am getting the
attached error. Also there is no dump created in the backend to debug the issue.
The user is created as a Communication user and all other PCRs are working
properly in production.</DIV>

<DIV>The initiating manager can trigger the PCR and once the PCR is triggered a
work item is sent to the recieving manager to approve/accept the transfer. At
this point when the approving manager access the workitem from UWL by double
clicking the workitem, its giving the attached error.</DIV>
