Transfer PCR Work flow issue.

Hello All-

We have just implemented MSS and we are using standard transfer PCR. This
PCR is working properly in QA but not working in Production. I am getting
the attached error. Also there is no dump created in the backend to debug
the issue. The user is created as a Communication user and all other PCRs
are working properly in production.

The initiating manager can trigger the PCR and once the PCR is triggered a
work item is sent to the recieving manager to approve/accept the transfer.
At this point when the approving manager access the workitem from UWL by
double clicking the workitem, its giving the attached error.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

¿Qué puede hacer? 
En caso de clase de cancelación RABAX_STATE encontrará en el sistema BKP en la transacción ST22 más información relativa a la causa de la cancelación. 
En caso de clase de cancelación ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE encontrará en el servidor de aplicación bktxh07_BKP_60 en la transacción SM21 más información respecto a la causa de cancelación. 
En caso de clase de cancelación ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE puede buscar más información en el fichero trace del proceso de trabajo 0 en la transacción ST11 del servidor de aplicación. bktxh07_BKP_60 En determinadas circunstancia es necesario el análisis de ficheros trace de otros procesos de trabajo. 
Si no dispone de ID de usuario, diríjase al responsable del sistema. 


Código de error: ICF-IE-http -c: 010 -u: BKGM001 -l: -s: BKP -i: bktxh07_BKP_60 -w: 0 -d: 20091013 -t: 160127 -v: -e: Es necesario acceder con un usuario para diálogo.
