Deadline monitoring report

We have built in "latest end time" in all the task for the processes we
have on SAP in line with the bank's  Service level agreement(SLA). 

 

Generating reports on missed deadlines per user has been a challenge.
This is because the task does not pick an agent based on the rule
resolution until the task is opened or processed, so the task does not
have an agent yet.

 

Can someone help with generating report on missed deadlines even when
the task has not been processed. SWi2_dead is not working for me
