Deadline monitoring report

You could use the _RULE_RESULT container element on the workflow step to
rule binding to capture the list of agents assigned to the workflow
container and you could then read that for your report.

We have built in "latest end time" in all the task for the processes we
have on SAP in line with the bank's  Service level agreement(SLA). 

 

Generating reports on missed deadlines per user has been a challenge.
This is because the task does not pick an agent based on the rule
resolution until the task is opened or processed, so the task does not
have an agent yet.

 

Can someone help with generating report on missed deadlines even when
the task has not been processed. SWi2_dead is not working for me
