2 DL Notifications

Hi Ravi,

Check ouy Paul's suggestion first. Secondly, I notice that you have two
deadlines set to the same time. This may well be a bug but it's possible
the system is getting the two confused whilst processing them together.
Perhaps a variable not getting cleared or something.

I would suggest changing the times in any case because whilst it's a nifty
workaround for a simple notification to two addresses, this doesn't make
semantic sense sense and has a risk of SAP tinkeringwith it - make them 5
minutes apart or something.
