Hi Shai

The manager receives, the LE one that he is meanto receive. I am not sure on the second question but it is not happening always only intermittently. There is no substitution set up at any of the levels.

In the examples where it has sent 2 notifications, it actually creates two DL workitems, please see the attached screenshots.

Thanks.

Regards

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"

Ravi,

It does sounds like a mystery. Few questions that might lead to the problem:
Looking into the manager worklist you should be able to see which deadline he gets. Is it requested end + latest end ?
Is this happening to all employees or only few specific ?
How about substitution - do we have any ? (at employee level off course).
10x,

Regards,
Shai Eyal
SAP Logistics senior consultant
SAP Workflow specialist
The set up is Requested End goes to Employee(applicant of Leave), and Latest
End is sent to Manager of approver.

Any input would be much appreciated.

Best Regards
Ravi Dixit

> Message: 3
>
> Request Start means the workitem is created at WAITING status and appears
> in the employee worklist only when Request start is reached. It does not
> send notification. Therefore I can guess you refered to Latest Start. Now,
