I don't need to know the workflow model ID (WS902....), but the workitem
ID from the workflow which I want to match to the corresponding
document.

The workflowID which I want to handle are known, but the corresponding
document is hard to find...

Hi Robert,

I don't believe the documents are removed from the Administrator's inbox
when the workflow status changes.

Matching the workflow ID to the document - the workflow instance number
is in the document (it's in the header as well isn't it?). You can link
instance number to workflow ID in table SWP_NODES (it might not have the
underscore - I don't have a system in front of me today).

Another link you could use for filtering out the old documents - the
date the workflow errored (from the workflow log) will correspond to the
date the document was sent.

Regards,
Gavin

	Hello all,

when a workflow turns in Error, a document is sent to the
administrator. We have a lot of cases which are already solved, but the
document is still in the inbox.

How can I make a match between workflow-ID and document? It
takes forever to click all the documents and check if it is one of the
list...
Or is there a way that the documents are removed when the status
is changed?

	Hope someone can help.

	Regards,
	Robert
