Executable Workitems in Outlook via SAP MAPI Service Provider

We are in 40B and we have installed SAP MAPI Service Provider.

We have created the logon profiles and their SAP Office inbox is
identical to their Outlook Mapi Inbox.

We want to approve purchase requisition (WS 38) via Outlook Mapi Inbox.

Our problem is that when they execute a WorkItem from the Outlook Mapi
Inbox, a message appears "No description available", and, there are
three icons (Display, Execute, Requisition Item). If you do a double
click on the execute icon, it works ok.

I know that there is a way to indicate that when you open a workitem it
must be executed directly.

I will appreciate if you give me any suggestion.

Thanks for all

well this is a tough one.

I assume under the properties of the SAP MAPI service you have 'ticked'
the
Workflow Enable option.

Barring that, I would log an OSS.

Sorry I couldnt be of more assistance.

Thanks for your response Alon.

In answer to your questions:
Both executable mails work fine from the Business Workplace.
One is firing off the back of SD output determination for a sales
activity
and when executed displays transaction VC03. The other SAPOffice mail
fires
out of PS and when executed runs a custom report. On this basis, I
don't
think the problem lies with a particular SAP program.

Any thoughts?

Kind Regards,

Louise
