CPW Event Registration (due tomorrow)

To be listed in the CPW Directory, groups must register their CPW events at <https://community.mitcpw.org/submit-an-idea-2-0/>. Put your best foot forward for prefrosh and represent your group and the MIT community! The deadline is Saturday, March 19.

ASA Midway Registration Live

ASA Midway is scheduled at 1:00-3:00pm on April 9 (Saturday). ASA groups can now register at <https://cglink.me/2cy/s172>. The deadline is Sunday, March 27.

Spring GBM Reminder

The ASA Spring GBM will be held on Monday, April 4, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00. Food will be provided, and elections for the coming year's ASA Board will be held. Each ASA-recognized group is required to send at least one exec-level representative, and groups that fail to do so will be fined. More information on location and agenda will follow.

Constitution Requirement

As communicated in the previous GBM, groups are required to add a member (in addition to officer) removal clause to their constitution. You can see the complete requirement and a sample constitution at <https://asa.mit.edu/start-group/constitution-requirements>. You should also upload your constitution to Engage. We will verify this requirement during re-recognition.

Tim Tickets - Now Optional

Effective March 14th, 2022, Tim Tickets for contact tracing is now optional for all MIT-sponsored events. Please see <https://now.mit.edu/policies/events/> for more details.
