CPW Event Registration Live

ASA groups can now register CPW events at <
https://community.mitcpw.org/submit-an-idea-2-0/>. Put your best foot
forward for prefrosh and represent your group and the MIT community! The
deadline is Saturday, March 19.

Group Application Deadline Extended

Application for new groups, including change of funding status for existing
groups, is now due March 15. More information can be found at <
http://asa.mit.edu/start-group>. After submitting the application, please
schedule a meeting <https://studentlife.mit.edu/sole/office-hours> with
Ethan Feuer <efeuer at mit.edu> from SOLE to discuss the application.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and you are encouraged to
apply early.

LEF/ARCADE Applications due

Submit LEF/ARCADE funding requests at <https://cglink.me/2cy/s135> by the March
15 deadline (Note: this has been extended from the previous deadline of
March 8).



The Large Event Fund (LEF) and the Assisting Recurring Cultural and
Diversity Events (ARCADE) Fund are ways that you can get additional funding
for events you hold that serve the broader MIT community! Read more about

Storage Locker Applications

Due to a small number of lockers left over after the previous space
application cycle, we are opening out-of-cycle locker applications for
groups in need of storage space. These applications will be reviewed on a
rolling basis. Please fill our this form <https://cglink.me/2cy/s170> if
you are interested in this.

ASA Spring GBM Date

The ASA Spring GBM will be held on Monday, April 4, 2022, from 5:00 to
7:00. Food will be provided, and elections for the coming year’s ASA Board
will be held. Each ASA-recognized group is required to send at least one
exec-level representative, and groups that fail to do so will be fined.
More information on location and agenda will follow.
