Please read the following announcements carefully:

Final Space Allocations

Move out period: until Sun, Feb 13th 2022 - this is the deadline for groups to take out any objects they don't want trashed from any ASA spaces they're not allocated.

Cleanout Day: in the week of Feb 14th 2022

Move in period: starting Feb 19th 2022, new groups will be able to gain access to their final assigned space.

Spring Group Applications

Application for new groups, including change of funding status for existing groups, will open on Feb 1, and due Feb 28. More information can be found at <http://asa.mit.edu/start-group>. After submitting the application, please schedule a meeting <https://studentlife.mit.edu/sole/office-hours> with Ethan Feuer <efeuer at mit.edu<mailto:efeuer at mit.edu>> from SOLE to discuss the application. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and you are encouraged to apply early.

Spring LEF/ARCADE Applications

Submit LEF/ARCADE funding requests at <https://cglink.me/2cy/s135> by the March 1 deadline.



The Large Event Fund (LEF) and the Assisting Recurring Cultural and Diversity Events (ARCADE) Fund are ways that you can get additional funding for events you hold that serve the broader MIT community! Read more about them here: <https://asa.mit.edu/group-resources/funding-large-events>.
