About the Presenter: LukeW is an internationally recognized digital product leader who has designed or contributed to software used by more than 700 million people worldwide.

Luke was Co-founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Bagcheck<http://bagcheck.com/> which was acquired by Twitter Inc. just nine months after being launched publicly. Prior to this, Luke was an Entrepreneur-in-residence (EIR) at Benchmark Capital<http://www.benchmark.com/> and the Chief Design Architect (VP) at Yahoo! Inc. where he worked on product alignment and forward-thinking integrated customer experiences on the Web, mobile, TV, and beyond.

Content strategy’s communication foundation, the message architecture, can help you answer that challenge. Join content strategist Margot Bloomstein (@mbloomstein<http://twitter.com/mbloomstein>) and discuss how to prioritize communication goals and develop a message architecture, then use it to drive consistency across content types and channels. Long-form web copy? Pithy tweets? Visual content? Drawing insight from case studies and examples, we’ll hit on all of that and more.

About the Presenter: Margot Bloomstein is the principal of Appropriate, Inc.<http://appropriateinc.com/>, a brand and content strategy consultancy based in Boston. Independently and in partnership with leading agencies, she creates brand-appropriate user experiences to help organizations engage their target audiences with key messages and project consistency and clarity.

Over the past decade, she's partnered with clients like BT, Philips, Tretorn, Lindt, Harvard, Tufts University, Timberland, and the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority to address messaging in both traditional and social media. She’s helped overhaul online cultural tourism in the state of Nevada, reinvent sustainable content creation at one of the world’s largest shoe manufacturers, and reinvigorate content strategy for retirement planning.
