Hi Jim,

The "Sever name" field is just a text field so you can identify the server when you look at a list of them in Dreamweaver. You actually want the server name in the "SFTP address" field. The following settings should work:

Server name:    abd org locker (or anything really)
Connect using:  SFTP
SFTP address:   ftp.dialup.mit.edu<http://ftp.dialup.mit.edu>
Port number:    22
Username:       your username
Password:       your password
Root directory: /afs/athena.mit.edu/org/a/abd
Web URL:        http://mit.edu/abd/

Hi,
I’ve downloaded a trial of DW 5.5 (Windows) and am unable to connect to an Athena locker on which I have permissions and which I access with DW 8 without a hitch.
Server name: athena.dialup.mit.edu<http://athena.dialup.mit.edu/>
Connect using SFTP
SFTP address: /afs/Athena.mit.edu/org/a/abd

I’ve double-checked the typing of my Kerberos password, but when I Test the connection, I get and FTP error.
Network connection is fine.
