The IS&T Accessibility and Usability team has purchased a group ticket to attend a webinar event this Wednesday and is inviting you to attend with us:

Webinar - Captioning in the University Environment: Tools, services, case studies, and preparation for the future
June 8, 2011  12:30 PM - 3:15 PM

This event has 2 components:
1)      a prerecorded session to listen to BEFORE next Wednesday.  Below this email you will find instructions on how to access the prerecorded content.
2)      the live event on Wed. June 8th.

While the live event does not require a group setting, it would be nice to get together.   We plan to listen in our new Usability Lab in E19-732, but if the group gets too large, we may need to locate elsewhere.     I will not have the live link for the Wednesday event until Tuesday, June 7.

Therefore, if you want to attend on June 8, please register at this Doodle page, letting me know if you plan to come to E19-732 OR prefer to have the link sent to you:
