Greetings Web-Pubbers!

My professional organization, NEASIST (New England Chapter of the American Society for Information Science and Technology), is having our annual awards dinner next Wednesday at the MIT Faculty Club and I thought the speaker might interest you:

Ryan Evans, Director of Experience Design at Corey McPherson Nash and graduate of MIT's Media Lab.
"Social media not only projects who your organization is, but engages existing and new audiences in an ongoing dialog. Find out how social media integrates into existing, traditional user tasks and how user personas can help you identify the effect the social world has on your users and how they interact with you."

The awards part of the dinner is very short - it's more an opportunity to have a great dinner with a good speaker and network with other information professionals.

Here is the official announcement - hope you can make it!
