[Webpub] cgiemail

Hello,

I am trying to create an email template for cgiemail that includes a Cc or Bcc header in the header section, but it is not working.  Is there a specific place in the header that they should go?  I have placed it between the To: and Subject: headers, but it just ends up not working and screwing up the Subject: header.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
