[Webpub] Web Pub list moved to Mailman

Hi web publishers and designers at MIT,

The web publishers list webpub at mit.edu has now found a home using the new 
Mailman list management system.  You do not have to do anything about your 
subscription, and since it is a moderated list, spam is deleted before it 
gets to the list.  If you would like to view your list membership status, 
or remove your name from the webpub list, you can do so at

https://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/webpub
