The challenges of developing a web application: Stellar.

Overview:
Members of the Stellar development team, from AMPS, will discuss the 
process of developing MIT's course management system.  They will discuss 
the challenges of developing an online product that would meet a diversity 
of needs:  it has to work well for someone who doesn't know any HTML, as 
well being flexible to support someone who knows a lot about web 
programming.  Stellar has to be pedagogically neutral, use security to 
preserve intellectual property, and be easy to use.

The Stellar team will show Stellar, and discuss some of the considerations 
that led to the current design.  You can also find out more at the Stellar
