Hey Mike,
I am not the region 1 DTM Chair anymore --I am now with the National KCACTF office.
Here is some info about Region 1 that will help:
1. KCACTF stands for Kennedy Center American Theatre College Festival
2. Region I Festival 45 dates are: January 29 - February 2, 2013 -- http://www.kcactf1.org/festival_info_2013.asp
This year festival is moving to the beautiful city of Hyannis, MA and will be hosted by Cape Cod Community College. The festival venues are at the Tilden Arts Center on the CCCC campus,The Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis www.capecodresortandconference.com and at Barnstable High School.
3. The Design, Technologies and Management (DTM) website for our region is at http://www.kcactf1.org/design_tech_home_page.asp
It gives you comprehensive info about opportunities for DTM.
4. Full festival scholarships are open to students interested in serving as technical interns.

NOTE: Students should send an updated resume and a letter of recommendation from a sponsoring faculty member to this same email address (jamespetty at gmail.com) by December 15, 2012.

I am not sure who is working on KCCTF this year and what the Section is doing for it. I do have some students who are interested in attending and would be happy to help out myself depending on the exact days. Please let us know what is going on, whosomeever is doing what I am sure is great work.
