[Usittne] Kennedy Center College Theater Festival

I am not sure who is working on KCCTF this year and what the Section is
doing for it. I do have some students who are interested in attending and
would be happy to help out myself depending on the exact days. Please let
us know what is going on, whosomeever is doing what I am sure is great work.
