[Usittne] Rubrics

Something to keep in mind as this moves forward: different students will explore different progress tracks. We could divide this into performing (acting, directing) and production (design, technical work), with separate rubrics for each.
The number of different tracks is going to vary from one university setting to another, however, depending on the strengths of the university, size of the department, course offerings, and so on.
