[Usittne] Nominations for USITT

Hi -

I am the New England section representative to the national Nomination  
Committee which will be meeting at the Conference in Kansas City in  
March.

I have included below a portion of the memo from committee chair  
Sylvia Hillyard Pannell on the nominating process for the 2011 Slate  
of candidates including offices open for nomination, job description  
for Directors at Large and nominating forms.  Please note that self- 
nominations are welcomed.  The deadline for submitting nominations is  
February 15, 2010.

I look forward to representing our section at the upcoming

Attached please find a copy of the 2011 Nomination Form.  It may also  
be accessed through USITT’s website at: http://www.usitt.org/ElectionProcess.aspx

The form is now to be completed in two steps; the nominator must  
complete the first section of the form and the nominee must complete  
the second section.

Again I wish to remind you that self-nominations are welcome.

I look forward to working with each of you and to entertaining  
questions as they arise and anticipate our bringing forward nominees  
who will represent and lead future generations of USITT through the  
21st Century!
