[UA Elections] Results are in!

Hi undergrads,

It's been an incredible week of voting! We received a total of 1743 votes, representing about 38.5% of the undergraduate population.

Winning the majority of 878 votes in the runoff, the next UA President and Vice President will be Danielle Geathers and Yu Jing Chen.  Fiona Chen and Yara Komaiha were the runners up with 850 votes.

The Class of 2021 Class Council saw 443 votes and no contesting of the incumbents. The winners:

President: Kofi Blake
Vice President: Tema Nwana
Treasurer: Jonathan Tagoe
*Secretary: (There were no candidates for the position of secretary. 21s will be given the opportunity for a write-in special election. If there are still no candidates, we will proceed with filling the position as per the protocols established in the UA Constitution and By-laws)
Social Chair: Ashley Pearson and Josh Verdejo
Publicity Chair:  Anna Johnson and Zion Moore

The Class of 2022 Class Council saw 507 votes and no contesting of the incumbents. The winners:

President: Temi Omitoogun
Vice President: Elena Gonzalez
Treasurer: Amber Zheng
Secretary: Stephanie Zhang
Social Chair: Devin Johnson and Ricardo Gayle Jr
Publicity Chair: Sammi Cheung and Ritaank Tiwari

The Class of 2023 saw 482 votes. The winners:

President and Vice President: Anna Sun and Cami Mejia won a majority of votes cast for this position with 234 votes. Mallika Pajjuri and Sam Acquaviva were the runners up with 224 votes.
Treasurer: Amanda Hu won the majority with 255 votes. Atharv Oak was the runner up with 122 votes.
Secretary: Bhuvna Murthy won uncontested with 384 votes.
Social Chair: David Lu and Sarah Chieng won uncontested with 395 votes.
Publicity Chair: Ashar Farooq and McKinley Polen won the majority with 210 votes. Kat Huang was the runner up with 190 votes.
