DormCon Elections, April 21st!

Dear y'all,

This is a reminder that the DormCon elections are this Thursday, 7:30 PM,
in the Student Center (PDRs 1 and 2)!

Please do consider getting involved, even if you aren't familiar with
student government.
If there's something about your residence that you think is wrong or dumb
or not as good as it could be, one of these positions can likely change
that thing. As a reminder, every policy at MIT exists that way because
someone put in the work to make it that way. A few individuals last year
got MIT to begin offering gender-inclusive housing; a few individuals this
year helped dormitories get a record number of early student return slots
for REX; a few individuals this month convinced MIT to provide soap in all
dormitory bathrooms starting next year.
If there's something wrong with the system and you want to change it, then
I hope I see you Thursday night.

If you have any questions about the positions, please ask me at
dormcon-execer at mit.edu.

As a reminder, if you'd like to have a platform sent out before the
meeting, make sure to email it to dormcon-execer at mit.edu by Tuesday at 8 PM.

S'il vous plaît dormz avec moi,
Yo
