[Tango-L] short film of tango

i felt the clip displayed a wonderful, beautiful connection between
the older couple, they have found each other within themselves though
they sit apart at the milonga. when they dance we mainly see them
from the waist up, little if any physical movement but obviously where
the heart felt emotions are, they fill each other's bowl with each
other

the younger two protagonists... who knows what is going on here? they
certainly do not. they seem bound by the darwinian code of being
attracted to, and then having to mate with, the most attactive
specimen of the other sex. we mainly see their dancing from the waist
down, very physical, very good tango, but there is little indication
of emotions from that perspective

for me the man smoking is the catalyst, in an age group between both
of the above. maybe the young girl is his daughter, maybe the older
lady his mother, maybe... for me there is no answer, i think it is
irrelevant, i believe he is there simply to stir the pot.

the music is wonderful. ah, malena

by the way, does anyone know the actual milonga venue. my first
thought was viejo correo because of the black white tiles, but i can
see that is not right

cheers
