A friend of mine who was dancing at Por Lo de Celia Milonga in Bs.As. asked what the rules were regarding dancing multiple tandas with the same 
woman. Mimi Santapá, a well known local tango instructor said: "as far as the man goes, there are no rules. It is the woman's responsibility not to 
dance more than one or two tandas with a given guy during the evening [just to avoid] a misperception of her.
