But these two statements are not contradictory because my comment does
not say or imply anything about your intent, or lack thereof, in not
providing all relevant details. I hope you are not jumping to
conclusions.

You seem irritated. I hope I am mistaken and you are allright. In
general, whenever you ask a question in a public forum ("PS. Can you
tell me why did she say so? I am interested to know, I am an
immigrant: this is beyond my understanding yet."), you run the risk of
getting replies from people, and you have no control over who these
people are.
