[Tang-Residents] Thirsty Ear Pub

Dear Graduate Community,


I am writing to let you know that the Thirsty Ear Pub, located in Ashdown House (NW35), will be closed for repairs from August  3-7, 2015. MIT Facilities needs to replace a drain in the kitchen floor, which will involve removing some of the floor and pouring new concrete. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the pub cannot open while the kitchen is closed for construction.

While the pub is closed, we hope you'll visit the Muddy Charles Pub or the R&D Pub, both located on the main campus. Their hours of operation and building location can be found at http://dining.mit.edu/retaildining. The Thirsty Ear will reopen and resume regular hours on Monday, August 10, 2015.
