[Tang-Residents] Tang Website is Back Up

Hello Tang Residents,

The Tang website is back up and running. Many thanks for your patience
during this time. From my side as IT Chair, I'd like to apologize to
everybody if this server outage caused any inconvenience to you.

I'd like to give particular acknowledgment to Arthur, our President (and
previous IT Chair), for his help in bringing the server back to life.
Working from a different time zone, we had quite a bit of back-and-forth
via email to ensure all files related to the website were backed up
properly before being restored back.

Now that the website is back up and running, the all forms (Gym/Piano room
key, 24th Floor Lounge & BBQ Pits) are back up and running.

And as usual, if you have any suggestions for the website, please let me
know!
