Subject: Scheduled Tree Removal at Westgate July 12th thru July 12th

Hi Mike,
Please forward this information to all that may be impacted by this scheduled work beginning July 10th .
Bartlett Tree Service has been contracted to remove all of the Austrian Pines located between the two sidewalks leading into the playground from the fire lane side of Westgate Low Rise in preparation for the  installation of the Westgate Daycare project, (see attached map).   Tree crew is scheduled to begin at 9:00am and breakdown by 4:00pm each day until completion of work.  Campus police will have a detail officer on site to address and monitor any public safety issues for the three day schedule.  Scope of work includes removal of fifteen  pines, chipping of all tree debris and stump grilling.  If you have any questions please contact me at 617-908-6469.
