[Tang-residents] Update: Connectivity issues in Tang Hall

Dear Residents,
A few days ago, we encountered some serious connectivity issues in some parts of Tang Hall. Thanks to your help requests, the RCC took prompt action to diagnose and address the issue.

At this time, we have received confirmation from RCC that the problem has been resolved and that connectivity should be restored to normal. However, before closing the matter we would like to hear from the residents if that is indeed the case. So, if you are still facing connectivity issues please let us know immediately (include your apt. number).
