[Tang-residents] [PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! THIS CONCERNS ALL RESIDENTS] Mail Errors: Part 3

Please read carefully.

Since we all receive very important and sensitive documents by mail, we please
need your quick collaboration to promptly resolve this issue.

So if you have not already done so, please send me a quick message and let me
know:
1) If within the past few months you received in ?your mailbox? more than
one letter that was addressed for ?ANOTHER APARTMENT than yours? (how many
approximately?)
2) If you expected mail that has not arrived.

PS: This does not apply to mail delivered to the front desk, but only to your
USPS mailbox.

Please remember if you have changed rooms, you must contact USPS to set your
forwarding delivery address.

Delivery mistakes by mailmen can happen (nobody is perfect), but we would like
to decrease those mistakes on their part, and help out on our part. So, if you
receive mail that is for ANOTHER APARTMENT THAN YOURS, please PUT IT IN THE
RESPECTIVE "wooden mailbox" beside the entrance of the laundry room (to the
right of Tang's main entrance). Please don't just put it in the return box
below.

Thank you very much for your help,

Anton
