[Tang-residents] Connectivity issues in Tang Hall

Dear Residents,
As many of you may already know, Tang Hall has been facing issues of low internet connectivity (wired and Wi-Fi) since Friday evening. From what we have seen the problem has been localized to a few floors. We have registered a formal complaint with the RCC and are awaiting their response. In the meantime, we urge you to visit rcc.mit.edu and register help requests only if you are facing connectivity issues. This will help us isolate problematic areas and troubleshoot the problem faster. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are trying our best and hope to fix this problem as soon as possible.
