[Tang-residents] [PLEASE READ!] Mail Errors: Part 2

Dear Residents,
The problem is bigger than expected. Many residents have had missing 
mail since
December.

I have placed a formal complaint and an investigation is under way at the US
Postal Office. They will let us know shortly how to retrieve mail that 
was sent
back to the Post Office (Cambridge, Central Square) (unfortunately, if it has
already returned to the sender, nothing can be done to retrieve it).

I will keep you up to date.
