[Save] Three Solar Projects

I want to commission the building of three solar projects -

solar electric bike lights for visibility
solar/dynamo battery charger
one window solar electric system

I will provide materials necessary and will pay for some skilled and 
semi-skilled time.

Final output of the projects are working models ready for 
field-testing with circuit diagrams, parts lists and do-it-yourself 
instructions available in hard copy and digital format for general 
distribution.

The solar bike light project requires the modification of an existing 
solar LED light to recharge CR1016 and CR1032 equivalent batteries.

The solar/dynamo project requires the drawing of a circuit diagram 
for one working model, comparing it to a second, and building a third.

The one window solar electric system project requires designing and 
building a method for attaching a 2' x 2' solar panel to a 
south-facing window.  The method must allow for orienting the panel 
to  solar south.
