delay in workflow appearing in one inbox versus another

Hi Carolina,

I would request you to check if there are any conditions maintained for the
approval step in the conditions tab. For example. If "create condition" is
maintained in the step then the work item status initially will be set to
in preparation,when the condition is met the work is set to  Ready which
makes the work item to appear in the inbox.
