delay in workflow appearing in one inbox versus another

Rick,
I did check the logs and she was the only agent to touch the workflow other than our batch processor.
I can’t prove that the item appeared in her colleague’s inboxes before it appeared in hers. I have to take her word for it. The workflow was started at 16:49 and she noticed it in her inbox around 17:15.

I would check the workflow log (SWI1) first to see if what she is saying is actually the case.
It could be that the workitems are getting forwarded or escalated to her.
