Need to fetch comments and attachment from user decision task

Hi
I have a requirement where I need to extract the comments and attachment
contents from user decision task .I tried with FM SAP_WAPI_READ* but unable
to find the text and attachment contents.Please let me know if there is any
alternate solution on the same.
