Hi all,

As you may know, SAP has been holding the 'collection phase' of a Customer
Connection for Workflow.

This Customer Connection initiative allows *US* to provide feedback to SAP
on the functions that we believe need to be improved. The current CC
initiative is focused on end-user and WF-Admin experience, but there are
over 85 requests on the Influence.SAP.com site that have been submitted.

Not all requests will be implemented, but some will be. They will be
implemented most likely via OSS Note.

But in order for these requests to be considered, SAP requires a minimum of
5 subscribers to each request. When you subscribe to a request, you are
indicating that:

a) This is indeed a painpoint for you and/or your users

b) You agree to provide feedback to SAP if this request is approved

c) You agree to implement the corrections related to this request (and
again, provide feedback)

So you can see that a Customer Connection is an important way for us to get
some improvements in the workflow environment.

I'd like to encourage you all to go to Influence.sap.com, sign up, and
subscribe to the requests that are important to you.

Rick Bakker provided a simple blog of the steps to follow:

Let's go!!!

Thanks,
Sue
