Setting WFLOW ROLE in table T77S0

Hi Claus,

"Terminate if rule resolution without result" will only result in an error
if no agent is returned, but you said it does return an agent. It would be
the same if a rule returned an excluded user - the step wouldn't go into
error but it also wouldn't go to any agent.
