Offline Approval to ECC via Outlook

Hi, 
We did this too, but my client doesn't even liked to click the hyper link to say approve or reject as they use different devices sometimes. We achieved this with 3 steps.

1. User have to reply the notification email ('RE:' should not change) with their decision.

2. They have to simply reply using words Approve or Reject (we considered only first letter in the word).

3. They reply to mail id which is maintained in SCOT to process the mail body to know their decision and use function module to run the decision in the background.
